Mixed Masala Powder
A favourite in Punjabi cuisine, Chicken Tandoori is a soft, succulent dry dish made by slow roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a clay oven called the tandoor. The earliest evidence of tandoori cooking can be traced to the Indus Valley Civilization, where excavations have revealed remnants of clay ovens. Tandoori chicken is loved because of its unique, flavourful marinade. The high heat cooking in a clay oven creates a crispy exterior while keeping the meat juicy and gives out a distinct smoky flavour from the charcoal used in the tandoor.
